Art has many benefits which allows the user to explore their self and communicate certain thoughts and feelings that may have been suppressed over time. It can help you to understand yourself and your experiences through creative activities such as painting, drawing, doodling, making collages and more. The great thing about art is you don’t need to have any previous art experience or be good at art to experiences the benefits from it.
